Even though average working hours keep going down across the industrialized world some professions seem to demand more and more.
While there are people who enjoy the pressure, there are many who suffer and are drifting towards burnout without noticing what’s really going on, instead blaming the warning signals from their bodies and minds on a “flu” or simply “stress”.
How do you know if your work is not taking you over the edge in the long run?
